Nope. You’ll just fill out a quick form so we can learn about your vehicle. After that, we’ll give you a call to walk through the best package for your car. Once you're ready, we’ll secure your spot with a $50 deposit that goes toward your detail.

You’ll hear from either Justin, our lead detailer and founder, or Christian, our detail consultant who helps guide customers through booking. Both of us are here to make things simple and help you get exactly what your car needs.

We’ll confirm the type of car you have, help you choose the best package, and make sure the price is accurate based on your vehicle’s size and condition. If you're ready, we’ll walk you through how to reserve your appointment and lock it in.

No problem — that’s what the call is for. We’ll ask a couple quick questions about your vehicle, and then recommend the best option for your needs and budget. You won’t get upsold on stuff you don’t need.

In most cases, yes — especially for interior jobs. But if we can access the vehicle and water/electricity (or if it's an exterior-only job), we can sometimes do the job while you're at work, the gym, or running errands. We’ll confirm everything on the call.

We just ask for at least 72 hours notice to move or cancel your appointment. The $50 deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations, but if you give us notice, we’ll gladly reschedule you.

If the weather makes it impossible to do the job properly, we’ll work with you to reschedule. We always want your detail to be done right — not rushed or half-finished.

Most of our services take 1.5-6 hours, depending on your package, vehicle size, and condition. We’ll give you an estimated time on the call.
